Data protection statement according to GDPR/DSGVO Date: 25.05.2018

Thank you for your interest in our company. The management of Poligrat GmbH attaches great importance to data protection. The use of the website of Poligrat GmbH is basically possible without the submission of personal data or any kind. Should a concerned person wish to take advantage of the special services of our company via our website, however, the processing of personal data may become necessary. If the processing of personal data is necessary and no legal basis for such processing exists, we shall generally acquire the permission of the person concerned beforehand.

Withdrawal of your permission for data processing

Some processes associated with data processing are only possible with your express permission. You may withdraw your permission at any time. This withdrawal can take place by means of an e-mail; no particular form is required. The legitimacy of the data processing which took place before the withdrawal of permission is not affected by the revocation.

The persons responsible for the processing of data on this website are:

Poligrat GmbH
Valentin-Linhof-Straße 19
81829 Munich

The persons responsible decide alone or together with others on the purposes and means of processing of personal data (e.g. name, contact data et al.).

Right of complaint to the controlling authority responsible

If a contravention of the data-protection laws occurs you, as an affected person, have the right to lodge a complaint with the controlling authority responsible. The controlling authority responsible with regard to matters of data protection is the state data protection commissioner for the Federal State of Bavaria.

Right to transferability of data

You have the right to demand that data which we have processed in an automated form on the basis of your permission or in fulfilment of a contract, be released to you personally or to a third party. The data will be made available in a mechanically readable format. Inasmuch as you demand the direct transmission of the data to another responsible person, this will only occur if it is technically feasible.

Right to information, correction, blocking, deletion

You have the right at all times within the framework of the valid legal regulations to receive information free of charge regarding your personal data which has been stored by us, the source of the data, their recipients and the purpose of the data processing. If necessary you have a right to have these data corrected, blocked or deleted. For questions relating to these points and for other questions regarding personal data you can contact us at any time via the contact options listed in the site notice.

Server-log data

The provider of the website automatically compiles and stores information which your browser transmits to us automatically in the server-log data. These are:

  • Browser type and browser version
  • Operating system in use
  • Referrer URL
  • Host name of the computer accessing our website
  • Time of the server enquiry
  • IP address

These data are not combined with data from other data sources. The basis for the data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 letter b) of the General Data Protection Regulation GDPR/DSGVO, which permits the processing of data for the purposes of the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.

Contact form

Data transmitted via our contact form, including your contact data, will only be stored for the purposes of processing your enquiry or in order to be available to answer subsequent questions. The data will not be passed on to third parties without your permission.

The processing of the data entered on the contact form takes place solely on the basis of your permission (Art. 6 para. 1 letter a) GDPR/DSGVO). You may withdraw your permission at any time. This withdrawal can take place by means of an e-mail. No particular form is required. The legitimacy of the data processing which took place before the withdrawal of permission is not affected by the revocation.

Data transmitted to us via the contact form will remain in our possession only until you demand their deletion, withdraw your permission to store them or there is no further necessity for the storage of the data. Mandatory statutory provisions, especially retention periods, remain unaffected.
